I feel another important distinction to make between various metal ETFs is how the index is composed. Some are entirely domestic (which really restricts the fund as most of the major metal players are international companies.) Weighing is also quite different, as some are market-cap based while others are equally distributed (and thus the small caps have a disproportionate effect.) Lisa – great article.
