one becomes suspicious when the likes of GS/MS,et al get involved so deeply in this subject. is this the beginning of the next revenue source with all derivatives, swaps, etc to plague markets further--turning man's fear of carbon into a paper, tradeable asset?

if the consumer must pay to limit carbon, at least do it at minimum cost. allowing these market makers into the action can only raise cost--their fees, commissions and all other unseen profits.
