'No plant' is better than a very 'low polluting plant' for the US. On the other hand a less polluting plant than earlier is also better for the Indians. It is a win-win arrangement. And who is going to work in a steel mill anyway. Should'nt there be robots or something doing this automatically consider we are the greatest country on earth, while we blow $$ on credit for the big shopping bonanza and debauchery (our way of life) every year end? You lose quite a bit of credibility when you make such comments. Do your research on warming before you make such claims.
