Reminded me of some work being done to reduce drag by blowing bubbles under the hull of ships

Of course product differentiation on the basis of full-cycle eco-impact also needs to look at the upstream energy provision for mining and processing too, so places like British Columbia with its zero CO2 emissions for local power are ahead of the game.</description>
