Falling 6.6 percent made dysprosium oxide the week’s biggest mover on the Rare Earths MMI®. Terbium metal rose 5.7 percent over the past week, while yttria dropped 5.7 percent over the last seven days.
The past week saw europium oxide close after a 4.2 percent decline. Praseodymium neodymium oxide took a 1.2 percent hit, while praseodymium neodymium oxide prices were off slightly, down 1.3 percent from a week ago.
Most other rare earth price points held firm, including neodymium and rare earth carbonate.
