Rare Earths MMI®: 1.3% Decline For Dysprosium Oxide Price

by on

This past week, dysprosium oxide dropped 1.3 percent on the weekly Rare Earths MMI® as the week’s biggest mover. The price of cerium oxide did not change since the previous week. Prices for europium oxide also remained constant.

The rest of the rare earth metals complex tracked by the MetalMiner IndX, including neodymium, terbium metal, yttrium and lanthanum oxide held steady over the week, perhaps hinting that the freefall in rare earth prices has come to a temporary halt.

The Rare Earths MMI® collects and weights 14 global rare earth metal price points to provide a unique view into rare earth metal price trends.
