Japanese Platinum Price Drops; Gold, Silver and Palladium Down Too

Japanese platinum bar had the largest decline on Oct. 11, 2012, dropping 2.2 percent. Chinese platinum bar closed 1.4 percent lower. US platinum bar finished the day down 0.8 percent.

Thursday saw the price of Japanese palladium bar drift down 1.9 percent after three quiet days. US palladium bar ended the day after a 1.1 percent drop on Thursday. Chinese palladium bar prices saw a 0.6 percent decline.

The price of Japanese gold bullion declined 1.1 percent. After improving for two days, the price of Indian gold bullion declined 0.3 percent. Chinese gold bullion fell 0.2 percent yesterday. The price of US gold bullion flattened after two days of downward movement.

The price of Japanese silver fell 1.5 percent. The price of Indian silver increased 0.3 percent. Following a two-day drop, the price of US silver increased by 0.2 percent. The price of Chinese silver steadied following two days of dropping prices.
