On Nov. 14, 2012, the day’s biggest mover was the price of Chinese 316 stainless coil, which saw a 1.4 percent decline.
The price of Chinese primary nickel saw little change in its price yesterday, and Chinese 304 and 316 stainless steel scrap, as well as Chinese 304 stainless coil all held their value yesterday.
The Indian nickel cash price inched up 0.5 percent. The LME nickel spot price weakened by 0.1 percent, settling at $15,905 per metric ton. Also on the LME, the nickel 3-month price saw little movement yesterday at $15,995 per metric ton.
The price of Chinese ferro-chrome saw essentially no change for the fifth day in a row. The price of Chinese ferro-moly also saw little movement.
