The Indian nickel cash price saw the largest increase this week on the weekly Stainless MMI®, rising 4.8 percent.
The nickel 3-month price closed last week at $16,725 per metric ton on the LME after a 4.2 percent rise in its price. On the LME, the nickel spot price rose 4.2 percent last week to $16,680 per metric ton.
The price of Chinese primary nickel rose 1.8 percent after falling 0.4 percent during the previous week.
Korean 430 stainless steel coil traded sideways last week, and Korean 304 stainless coil prices held steady as well.
Following a steady week, prices for Chinese ferro-chrome closed flat. Prices for Chinese ferro-moly remained constant.
