Dropping 0.5 percent on the LME, the 3-month price of copper was the biggest mover on Feb. 13, 2013, closing at $8,215 per metric ton. The primary copper cash price saw a 0.4 percent decline on the LME to $8,184 per metric ton.
After a 0.5 percent increase, the price of US copper producer grade 122 finished the day up. The price of US copper producer grade 110 inched up 0.5 percent as well. The price of US copper producer grade 102 gained 0.4 percent.
Chinese copper prices closed flat for the day.
