Ronald J. Weiss, Jr. serves as Vice President of Marketing, Flat Rolled Products for Kaiser Aluminum Fabricated Products, LLC. He is responsible for helping manage the development and execution of Kaiser’s flat rolled products growth strategies to meet customer requirements for aerospace, defense and general industrial applications. Prior to joining Kaiser, Ron held various management positions with Bethlehem Steel and Lukens Steel, and he holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
Al Wills has 26 years of experience in the aluminum industry, including American Bank Note, Cressona Aluminum, Alumax, Alcoa, and now Sapa. He has held the titles of Plant Metallurgist, Technical Services Manager, and is now involved with Product Development as an Application Engineer. Al is a graduate of Penn State & Albright College with BS degrees in Metallurgical Engineering and in Physics.
Debbie Whincup has over 15 years of experience in the metal industry. Debbie is the general manager of sales for Industrial Metal Supply. She currently manages the sales team across six locations, frequently traveling between California, Arizona and Mexico. Debbie has been active in many industry organizations including MSCI, AWMI, AMTA, and NTMA.
Lisa Reisman is co-founder and editor of MetalMiner. In her past roles at Andersen and Deloitte Consulting, Lisa gained extensive experience in direct materials sourcing, particularly metals-based sourcing. She has also owned and operated her own metals trading company. Her industry expertise spans multiple sectors of manufacturing. She has worked in the aerospace and defense, trucking and shipbuilding industries as a trader and in the hi-tech, automotive, earthmoving equipment, and building products/construction industries as a consultant.
