Japanese Silver Price Moves Down 1.6%
The day’s biggest mover was Japanese silver, dropping 1.6 percent on April 2, 2013. That price point has experienced a good amount of volatility on the MetalMiner IndX℠ lately.
At above $28 per ounce, US silver fell 1.0 percent yesterday. Indian silver prices saw a 0.7 percent decline. The price of Chinese silver declined 0.6 percent.
Japanese gold bullion ended the day after a 0.9 percent drop on Tuesday. Chinese gold bullion saw its price rise 0.2 percent. US gold bullion gained 0.1 percent. Indian gold bullion finished the day down 0.1 percent.
US platinum bar prices rose 1.5 percent. The price of Chinese platinum bar increased 0.3 percent. The price of Japanese platinum bar fell 0.2 percent.
US palladium bar prices inched up 1.2 percent. After a 0.6 percent increase, Chinese palladium bar finished the day up. The price of Japanese palladium bar showed little movement on Tuesday.
