The price of US silver fell to a 30-day low at $22.26 per ounce after shifting 1.9 percent.
At JPY 4,444 ($43.27) per gram, Japanese gold bullion fell 2.7 percent yesterday. Chinese gold bullion prices saw a 2.4 percent decline to CNY 272.92 ($44.44) per gram. The price of US gold bullion declined 1.9 percent to $1,360 per ounce. Indian gold bullion closed 1.7 percent lower at INR 25,811 ($470.18) per 10 grams.
Chinese platinum bar ended the day at CNY 306.00 ($49.82) per gram, after the 1.9 percent drop on Monday. The price of Japanese platinum bar declined 1.8 percent to JPY 4,812 ($46.85) per gram. US platinum bar prices saw a 1.4 percent decline to $1,454 per ounce.
After hitting a 30-day high of JPY 2,460 ($23.95) per gram on Thursday, May 16, the price of Japanese palladium bar fell 0.6 percent on Monday. The price of US palladium bar fell 0.1 percent to $736.00 per ounce. The price of Chinese palladium bar ended a two-day climb, settling at CNY 165.00 ($26.87) per gram.
