Chinese palladium bar had the largest decline on Wednesday, June 5, dropping 1.8 percent and landing at CNY 167.00 ($27.24) per gram. US palladium bar closed 0.9 percent lower at $749.00 per ounce. The price of Japanese palladium bar remained essentially flat at JPY 2,432 ($24.25) per gram.
The price of Chinese platinum bar declined 0.3 percent to CNY 311.00 ($50.74) per gram. US platinum bar prices saw a 0.2 percent decline to $1,492 per ounce. Japanese platinum bar finished the day down 0.1 percent to JPY 4,823 ($48.10) per gram.
The price of Japanese gold bullion fell 0.9 percent to JPY 4,499 ($44.87) per gram. At $1,400 per ounce, US gold bullion fell 0.8 percent on Wednesday. Chinese gold bullion ended the day at CNY 279.60 ($45.61) per gram, after the 0.3 percent drop yesterday. Indian gold bullion held its value on Wednesday at INR 27,069 ($479.56) per 10 grams.
The price of Chinese silver fell 1.0 percent to CNY 4,500 ($734.11) per kilogram. At $22.55 per ounce, US silver fell 0.8 percent yesterday. Indian silver finished the day down 0.1 percent to INR 43,866 ($777.15) per kilogram. Japanese silver gained 0.1 percent to finish at JPY 726.00 ($7.24) per 10 grams.
