Prices for neodymium saw the biggest increase on the weekly Renewables MMI® this week, rising 2.5 percent. Chinese cobalt cathodes prices were off slightly, just more than $100 per metric ton from a week ago. Following a steady week, prices for silicon closed flat. Prices for Chinese steel plate remained constant.
The price of Japanese steel plate did not change since the previous week. Korean steel plate prices held steady from the previous week. The week finished with no movement for US steel plate.
US grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) coil prices came down a bit this month, declining 0.3 percent. Check out the monthly GOES analysis here.
