The week’s biggest mover on the weekly Renewables MMI® was the price of Chinese cobalt cathodes, which saw a 1.0 percent decline. This week marked the third in a row of declining prices for the metal. The price of silicon did not change since the previous week. The week finished with no movement for neodymium.
Prices for Japanese, Chinese, Korean and U.S. steel plate remained constant.
With a 0.3 percent decline last month, US grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) coil prices remain lower.
