The price of US gold bullion remained essentially flat at $1,317 per ounce. The price of Chinese gold bullion showed little movement last Friday at CNY 265.00 ($43.28) per gram.
US platinum bar ended the day at $1,367 per ounce, after the 1.4 percent drop last Friday. At JPY 4,344 ($44.66) per gram, Japanese platinum bar fell 0.6 percent last Friday. The price of Chinese platinum bar held steady at CNY 298.00 ($48.67) per gram.
US palladium bar closed 2.2 percent lower at $701.00 per ounce. At JPY 2,267 ($23.31) per gram, the price of Japanese palladium bar was essentially unchanged. The price of Chinese palladium bar held steady at CNY 160.00 ($26.13) per gram.
