Automotive MMI®: US HDG Price Falls

The price of US HDG fell 0.1 percent to $742.00 per short ton after rising 1.4 percent the week before.

The primary copper cash price rose 1.0 percent on the LME this week, closing out the third week at $7,275 per metric ton. At $7,277 per metric ton, the copper 3-month price finished the week 0.9 percent higher on the LME. Last week, the price of Chinese lead increased by a slight 0.2 percent to CNY 14,325 ($2,351) per metric ton. At KRW 4,360 ($4.10) per kilogram, the week finished with no movement for Korean 5052 coil premium over 1050 sheet.
