Indian silver ended the day at INR 46,629 ($740.20) per kilogram, after the 1.4 percent drop last Friday. After falling for two days, the price of US silver rose 0.7 percent to $19.98 per ounce. Chinese silver gained 0.1 percent to finish at CNY 4,155 ($681.75) per kilogram.
Japanese gold bullion prices saw a 1.4 percent decline to JPY 4,040 ($39.87) per gram. Indian gold bullion prices inched up 1.0 percent to INR 29,468 ($467.78) per 10 grams. The price of Chinese gold bullion fell 0.1 percent to CNY 245.60 ($40.30) per gram. US gold bullion saw little change in its price last Friday at $1,242 per ounce.
Japanese platinum bar finished the day down 0.4 percent to JPY 4,546 ($44.86) per gram. US platinum bar closed 0.4 percent lower at $1,385 per ounce. The price of Chinese platinum bar declined 0.3 percent to CNY 293.00 ($48.08) per gram.
At JPY 2,319 ($22.89) per gram, Japanese palladium bar fell 1.0 percent last Friday. The price of US palladium bar increased 0.1 percent to $712.00 per ounce. At CNY 159.00 ($26.09) per gram, the price of Chinese palladium bar was essentially unchanged.
