Automotive Metal Price Round-Up: US Palladium Bar Rises

Prices for US palladium bar saw the biggest increase on the weekly Automotive MMI® this week, rising 1.4 percent and settling. The price of US platinum bar rose 1.1 percent after falling 2.9 percent during the previous week.

US HDG gained a slight 0.3 percent this past week.

The copper 3-month price fell 1.3 percent on the LME to $6,975 per metric ton after rising 1.2 percent the week before. Following a 1.0 percent increase in the week prior, the cash price of primary copper fell 1.1 percent on the LME last week to $6,975 per metric ton. The Chinese lead price fell 0.4 percent over the past week. This was the fourth week in a row of declining prices. The week finished with no movement for Korean 5052 coil premium over 1050 sheet.
