Indian Gold Bullion Up 2.1%; Japanese Silver Increases

The price of Indian gold bullion closed up Friday, March 7, halting two days of weakening prices with a 2.1 percent shift. After a 0.7 percent increase, Chinese gold bullion finished the day. Japanese gold bullion prices inched up 0.3 percent . Following a two-day rise, the price of US gold bullion flattened.

The price of Japanese silver increased 0.7 percent. The price of US silver closed. Following a couple days of improvement, prices fell by 0.6 percent. The price of Indian silver is back up, rising by 0.4 percent last Friday to close. Chinese silver prices rose 0.1 percent.

Japanese platinum bar gained 1.3 percent to finish. Chinese platinum bar finished the day up 0.3 percent. The price of US platinum bar was essentially unchanged.

The price of Chinese palladium bar finished the market day up 0.6 percent per gram. Japanese palladium bar saw its price rise 0.4 percent. After a 0.3 percent increase, US palladium bar finished the day.
