But worry not, palladium price’s overall trend-line is still on the upslope, even after erasing yesterday’s gains.

US palladium bar saw a 0.7 percent drop on Monday, September 8, landing at $881.00 per ounce and making it the biggest mover of the day on the MetalMiner IndX. The price of Japanese palladium bar showed little movement yesterday at JPY 3,023 ($28.74) per gram. Chinese palladium bar held its value yesterday at CNY 194.00 ($31.44) per gram.

More platinum, gold and silver prices…

US platinum bar closed 0.4 percent lower at $1,393 per ounce. Following a 0.1 percent rise yesterday, the price of Japanese platinum bar closed at JPY 4,783 ($45.47) per gram. The price of Chinese platinum bar remained essentially flat at CNY 297.00 ($48.13) per gram.

US gold bullion finished the day down 0.6 percent to $1,254 per ounce. The price of Japanese gold bullion showed little movement on Monday at JPY 4,285 ($40.73) per gram. The price of Indian gold bullion remained steady at INR 27,600 ($458.37) per 10 grams. At CNY 250.20 ($40.54) per gram, the price of Chinese gold bullion was essentially unchanged.

The price of US silver fell 0.4 percent to $18.98 per ounce. The price of Indian silver rose 0.1 percent to INR 42,070 ($698.68) per kilogram after a two-day drop. The price of Chinese silver held steady at CNY 4,175 ($676.51) per kilogram. Japanese silver saw little change in its price yesterday at JPY 647.00 ($6.15) per 10 grams.
