Following a steady week, prices for Chinese steel plate closed flat at CNY 3,890 ($643.68) per metric ton. US steel plate prices held steady from the previous week at $795.00 per short ton.
US grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) saw essentially no change for the fifth day in a row, remaining around $3,043 per short ton.
