Overview

Our billing structure is designed to be straightforward and predictable, so your team can focus on making informed sourcing decisions without unexpected costs or administrative friction.

Subscription & Billing

All services are provided on an annual subscription basis.

  • Subscriptions are billed upfront at the start of each annual term
  • Payment is required in full to activate and maintain access
  • Access is granted on a company-wide license basis, allowing your organization to use the service across all your teams

Payment Method

Payments are accepted via credit card only.

Pricing

All pricing is fixed for the duration of your subscription term.

  • Prices do not change mid-term
  • Any pricing changes would only apply at the time of renewal

Taxes

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

The price you see is the total price you will pay, with no additional taxes added at checkout or invoicing.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual term.

  • Renewal charges are processed automatically on the renewal date
  • No separate renewal notice is required prior to billing

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting: info@metalminer.com

  • A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required prior to your renewal date
  • Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle

To be clear:

  • Your current subscription will remain active through the end of the paid term
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time
  • You will not be charged for the following term once cancellation is processed in accordance with the notice period

Refunds & Service Adjustments

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

While refunds are not guaranteed, we may offer service adjustments where appropriate to ensure you continue to receive value from your subscription.

Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails:

  • Access to the service may be suspended immediately until payment is successfully processed
